Chocolate dipped borage strawberries

I actually remember the first time I ever tried strawberries dipped in melted chocolate. I was catching up with a friend at her house when she produced a punnet of strawberries, a bar of chocolate and a fondue set.

Until that day I did not have a clue how amazing the choc / strawb combo is. Wow! How could I have reached my adult life not knowing this?

This is my edible flower take on the same sweet snack, with borage of course. Borage is so versatile because it works with both sweet and savoury neighbours as well as in drinks and ice.

Since we're working the retro vibe with thoughts of fondue I thought I'd pop the strawberries on my 1970s cocktail sticks to make a fun, chocolately party nibble.
