Edible Flowers - Pansies & Violas
Violas and pansies are incredibly versatile because of their wide variety of colours, shapes and sizes. Pansies tend to be larger and more 'flouncy' than their smaller viola cousins but both are beautiful and brighten up any plate. Their flavour isn't strong so they work with lots of different kinds of dishes, sweet or savoury.
