Lilac sorbet & syrup

The other two treats in the trio of lilac goodies are lilac sorbet and lilac syrup. Both made with purple lilac flowers and decorated with pure white ones.

The same ingredients are used to make the syrup and sorbet, just in different amounts. Just like the lilac sugar I posted about last week they have a lovely essence of the lilac scent, not too overpowering but just enough to pick it up, like a really nice perfume.
