How long will the edible flowers last?
On average a few days but some last better than others. Delicate flowers with thin petals like phlox and borage are at their best when used straight away. Tougher flowers like snapdragons and the large dianthus tend to last longer. All flowers should be kept sealed and refrigerated in the punnet. Do not eat flowers which are rotten or past their best.
