Perfect for cakes and desserts

I was so excited about The Great British Bake Off's botanical week that I had to decorate a choc tart in our edible flowers. And because I can't possibly choose which ones to use I put lots on and decorated it in a very over the top fashion.
Can you have too many flowers? Nope!
Our flowers are perfect for cakes and desserts and next season I'll be looking for more chefs and bakers in Nottingham to team up with to create some stunning cakey, edible flower creations. Please get in touch with me if you'd like to know more.
